About
My work sits at the intersection of international business, strategic thinking and the deeply human questions that arise throughout life’s transitions.
For more than three decades, my career has spanned global trade, finance and international advisory, navigating complex cross-border environments, consequential negotiations and situations where judgment, resilience and the ability to see beyond the immediate problem truly mattered.
Experience across cultures and markets taught me that the most difficult decisions are rarely difficult because of facts alone. They are difficult because identity, responsibility, relationships and uncertainty are often part of what is at stake.
Over time, I became increasingly interested in this other form of complexity — the inner landscape that accompanies important decisions.
Career transitions. Leadership. Loss. Relationships. Reinvention. Identity.
These moments ask us to understand ourselves more deeply.
That understanding became the foundation of my advisory practice.
Today I work with accomplished individuals who value thoughtful conversation, independent perspective and a trusted relationship in which important decisions can be explored with care, honesty and discretion.
Philosophy
I believe clarity is one of our greatest strategic assets.
Clear thinking creates confident decisions, stronger leadership and a greater sense of alignment between who we are and how we choose to live.
Our identity continues to evolve through our relationships — with our work, our partners, our families, our successes, our disappointments and the experiences that shape us over time. When one of those relationships changes, life often invites us to rediscover ourselves.
My role is to accompany clients through those moments with thoughtful dialogue, careful attention and strategic perspective.
Every conversation is guided by one simple belief:
The quality of our decisions reflects the quality of the attention we bring to them.
